When you plan a journey with Arrive Africa Safaris you trust us with personal details — names on passports, dietary needs, the rhythm of your days. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have at every step.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: contact details, traveller names, passport scans, payment information, dietary and accessibility needs, and the preferences you share with your travel designer. We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use the information you share with us to design and deliver your journey, to make travel arrangements with our suppliers and partners, to process payments, to send you updates about your trip, and — only with your explicit permission — to send you occasional stories and inspiration. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Designing an African safari from anywhere in the world means your information will travel across borders. Where we transfer personal data outside your country of residence, we rely on the safeguards permitted by applicable law to ensure it remains protected to the same standard.
How long we keep your information
We keep traveller information for as long as it is needed to deliver your journey and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any post-trip matters, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not retain data longer than needed.
